Hi, I’m Laura. I know what it’s like to read book after book and still feel stuck. Coaching can feel isolating when you’re carrying the weight of every decision on your own.

As a certified business coach, since 2017, I’ve helped business owners build strong, profitable businesses by investing deeply in them over time.

One thing has become clear: Growth happens faster when you’re not doing it alone.

That’s why I created Read. Gather. Lead.

It’s a peer advisory experience.

Here’s how it works:

Each year, we read and discuss three books.
Groups meet online once per month for four months.
Members can join for one book cycle at a time or purchase an annual membership.
All members get access to the Slack community during their membership period.
We sharpen each other and help each other grow
